Church of the Assumption of the Holy Virgin Mary in Wola Radziszowska

The Church of the Assumption of the Holy Virgin Mary in Wola Radziszowska dates from the late 15th century. It has an overhanging tower with slightly inclined walls. It is a post and frame structure, enclosed within an arcaded passage. The ceiling and the overall interior church look beautiful. Gothic pointed-arch portals have survived in the church. The ceiling and the walls are covered by fine polychrome paintings dating from 1893, with dominant figural motifs. The Gothic crucifix in the rood beam dates from the early 16th century. The high altar with the icon of Our Lady with Child dates from the 2nd half of the 17th century. Late-Renaissance side altars and the Baroque pulpit date from the late 17th century.
